Gym Info

The Gym is marked with a green arm icon near North Los Santos. You go there to increase your fitness skills, which are stamina and strength. Use different gym equipment to increase both of these skills.

The skills will be maxed out at level 100 and increase by 0.2 on every repetition.

Starting training is as easy and walking up to the gym device and pressing E and then following prompts.

Stamina

  • Yoga Mat
  • Treadmill

Stamina level will increase the sprint duration aswell as bike and swim speed.

Strength

  • Pushups
  • Situps
  • Pullups

Strength level will increase hit damage, durability and mantle/climbing speed. You can also hold your shield for longer (more info)
