Requirements

• Mining License >> PDA - Store - Licenses - Job Licenses ($5'000'000)
• Mining Vehicle >> PDA - Store - Trailers ($350'000)
• 75'000 Knowledge XP
• Tip: A bit of spare money to repair your tool

Getting Started

Spawn your Vehicle

• Buy the "Mining Vehicle" in the Store > Trailers for $350'000.
• Head to a Trailer Spawn (pink trailer icon) and spawn your vehicle.
  • Note: Trailer Spawn in Paleto Bay is the nearest!

Mining Zone

• Drive to the Mining Zone (near postal 400) with your Mining Vehicle.
• This is the location where you will be able to mine.

Mining Ores

• Park your Mining vehicle infront of the shaft and make space for other miners!
• Enter the mineshaft and go one of the blue icons and press E to start mining.
  • You have to press E everytime its done with a mining cycle so you can't go AFK until higher pickaxe levels.
  • At pickaxe level 5 you can Toggle AutoMine in F5 - Forage - Mining Options - Toggle AutoMine

• The amount of ores you mined will be shown in F5 - Inventory - Mining Bag
  • The ores will save in your inventory!
  • Don't forget to Update Inventory Information!

Refining Ores

Unrefined Ores

• Unrefined ores can NOT be refined at the smeltery.

Other Ores

• You unlock other ores (Copper, Iron, Gold, etc.) if you level up your pickaxe!
• These ores CAN be refined at the smeltery in South East LS!

• Go to the refinery with your Mining Vehicle, park it near the entrance and get out.
• Press F5 - Forage - Mining Options - Refine Ores, select the ore you want to refine with [Enter] and then enter the amount of ores you want to refine.
  • Update Forage Information first!
  • Again, you can NOT refine the Unrefined ores in your inventory!

Selling Ores

• Head to the Quarry (same icon as mining zone) with your mining vehicle!
• Park near the icon and get out.
• Now head to F5 - Forage - Mining Options - Sell Ingots/Ores, select the ore/ingot you want to sell with [Enter] and then enter the amount of ores/ingots you want to sell.
  • Update Forage Information to see the selling prices for all the ores and ingots!
  • The prices will change hourly.

Pickaxe Upgrades

Where to Upgrade?

• You can upgrade your pickaxe in F5 - Forage - Mining Options - Upgrade Pickaxe
  • Update Forage Information to see the Pickaxe Upgrade Price!

What does it do?

• Pickaxe upgrades will only increase the yield and the price to upgrade scales with every upgrade.
• At Pickaxe level 5 you unlock AutoMine.
• You also unlock new ores by upgrading the pickaxe!

F5 Menu Options

Update Forage Information	Updates all kinds of information in the Foraging Menu and sub-menus
Lumber Options	Options for Lumberjack, such as upgrade and selling

Mining Options

Name	Description
Unrefined > Diamond Selling Price $	Shows the selling prices of all the ores and ingots. Changes every hour!
Crafting Service Fee $	Service Fee per item
Pickaxe Upgrade Price $	Price to upgrade your Pickaxe to the next level
Upgrade Pickaxe	Upgrade your pickaxe to the next level
Repair Pickaxe for $50'000	Refill the durablity of your pickaxe to 100
Toggle AutoMine	Toggle AutoMine at pickaxe level 5
Refine Ores	Refine all Ores except "Unrefined Ores" at the Refinery in South East LS
Sell Ores/Ingots	Sell Ores/Ingots at the Quarry near Sandy Shores

Notes

• IMPORTANT: The Refinery needs enough logs to fuel the refining of ores!

• You should have spare money to start mining to repair your tools.
