Deep Sea Port Trading

Requirement

• Port Trade License ($25,000,000 / 5,000 Exploration / 1,000,000 Knowledge)
  • Fishing License (100,000 Knowledge)
• Luxury Explorer Yacht ($100,000,000)
  • Note: Yaluxe work as well

Getting Started with Deep Sea Port Trading

Go on duty as "Fisher" (Optional)

• To join the job press F5 - Jobs - Job Information - Fisher
  • To check anchor your boat!

Buy a job vehicle and spawn it (not FREE)

• For DeepSea Fishing its the "Luxury Explorer Yacht". Open the PDA with the HOME key and head to the Store to buy it.
• To spawn your boat, head to the Yacht Club near Pier at the Beach and open the PDA and request it from the Garage.

Getting trades Started

• Now you can drive to Port 1 to buy the Supply Crate of 30,000 items and sell it at Port 4.
  • When buying an item trade taxes are applied to the price (DO YOU MATH)
  • City tax isn't involved with with this job! Read down to Calculate Math for Explanation
  • Buy Price change every 3 hours
  • Sell prices change every 5 hours
  • Update Forage Information first!
• You can Deep Sea fish while you driving under 100mph and collect exploration XP
  • Refer to Deep Sea Fishing for more information

Calculate Math

Simplified

• This example we are going to use Port 1 to Port 4 with following Values
  • Supply Crate Buy: $448
  • Supply Crate Sell: $790
  • Trade Tax: 25%
    • These are core information you get initially when your deep Sea Port Trading!
  • Now to work out Tax Price $ (Trade Tax)
    • 448 (Price per unit) x 0.25(Tax Rate)=$122($ in tax)
  • Now adding Price Per unit with $ in Trade Tax
    • 448 (unit Per unit) + $122 ($ in tax)= $560 (Price per unit w/Tax)
  • Now calculating Buying Crates price
    • $560 (Price per unit w/Tax) x 30,000 (Buying Crates)= $16,800,000 (Cost of Crate with Tax)
  • Now to Calculate Before Profit (No Tax here)
    • 790 (Sell Price per unit) x $16,800,000 (Cost of Crate with Tax) = $23,700,000 (Crate Profit before initial cost)
  • Now calculate Profit
    • $23,700,000 (Crate Profit before initial cost) - $16,800,000 (Cost of Crate with Tax) = $6,900,000 (Crate Profit)

• Now to work out Tax Price $ (D) (Trade Tax)
  • 448 (B) * 0.25 (C) = $112 (H)
• Calculate Price(B) with (H)
  • $448 (B) + $112 (H) = $560 (E)

• Now to calculate Price w/Tax with buying 30,000 Units
  • 30,000 (A) x 560 (E) = $16,800,000 (F)
• Now to Calculate Before Profit (No Tax here)
  • $790 (H) x 30,000 (A) = $23,700,000 (I)
• Now to Calculate After Profit (J)
  • $23,700,000 (I) - $16,800,000 (F) = 6,900,000 (J)

• You can upgrade your Trade in F5 - Forage - DeepSea Port Trading - Upgrade Trade
  • Update Forage Information to see the Net Upgrade Price!

What does it do?

• Trade Level - Can be upgraded to reduce trade taxes and unlocks other items to buy/sell
• Trade Taxes - These decrease at Trade Levels 25,50, and 100.
