  • Train Conductor License ($15mil)

Getting Started (Passenger)

Go on duty

  • Press F5 - City Jobs - Job Information - Train Conductor
  • Hit "Toggle Duty" in the same place.

Spawn a Train

  • Go to the Train Spawn in Sandy Shores ... .
  • Then navigate to F5 - City Jobs - Job Information - View Trains
    • Depending on your Train XP, you can spawn various Trains.
  • Spawn whatever Train you like. (New drivers start with the first Train)

Stop at Stations

  • Use W and S to maneuver the Train
  • You need to stop at the Train stations marked with a yellow icon ... in the order of 1-5.
  • To board Passengers, press "Check Station" in the Job Information Menu.
  • Once boarded, drive to the next Station and press "Check Station" to deboard, and then hit it again again to board.
Keybind
  • You can set a keybind to check the stations with a key instead of the menu by binding a key to the Check the Train Stations keybind in the GTA Settings - Keybinds - FiveM

Performing Maintenance

  • You will need to perform maintenance on your Train so it will continue to function properly.
  • To check your Trains Status, head to Job Information - Check Maintenance, or look at the message you get when you board/deboard.
  • To then repair your Train, hit Repair Train. You MUST be at a Train Station in order to repair.
  • If you don't repair your Train for a long time, one of the following scenarios may happen;
    • train derails
    • forward or reverse throttle failure
      • if throttle failure happens, you can still drive to a nearby station to repair and save it

Leaving the Train

  • If you decide to stop driving your Train, just hit "Toggle Duty" or "Leave Job" to delete your train.

Notes

  • The Train Station Props may go flying, this does not break the job, so you can still board/deboard.
    • If you try to stand on one of the stations, you may go flying really far so watch out!
  • There is no speed limits for Trains yet, so you can go as fast as you like.
  • If the City is out of power, trains will shut down.
